The flat is a one bedroom. Very nice size. I live and own the flat and use the front bedroom. Im looking for a relaxed, friendly, sociable, working, tenant students welcome, (not on benefits) to take the living room. A lovely space with a fire place and french doors that lead directly onto the patio and garden.
The room comes with a TV and wireless internet, double bed, semi furnished all bills included.
The bathroom is brand new with a large shower, kitchen is new with great cooker if keen on cooking. Central heating, nice neighbours, close to shops.
I am an artist, i study yoga, work of course and im generally very easy going, i like a clean kept house, am fond of a sociable glass of wine but totally respect peoples need for privacy.
