Hi there,

We have a lovely good sized double room available. The room is recently refurbished. It has a communal kitchen dining room. 1 min walk from Catford stations. Great transport links.

We are looking for a friendly girl, who is socialble, and who likes their own space too. We would like someone clean and tidyish too! Council Tax is included in the rent.

The flatmates are both singers, one opera, one more folky style. They also do other work too.

There is a garden.

Upstairs neighbours are friendly, and everyone gets on well.
