1 large double room available from the end of january ~ in fully furnished house that has shared kitchen, lounge with TV, garden & patio, fridge freezer & washing machine. House has fast wireless broadband. free on street parking and couples welcome at an extra cover of £25. 00 per week. live-in landlord is looking for quiet, clean and tidy housemates who will accept shared cleaning duties and is PET FRIENDLY.

We are not lively as it is a quiet area of canterbury so are not looking for Parties/loud music.

Occasionally i do have couple of close friends over for dinner and movies but again this is also not noisy event.

1 weeks deposit will be required and will be refunded if the rooms is left tidy and undamaged and rent is up to date with a months notice of leaving.

We are very friendly Household and are looking forward to meeting someone that is happy to stay with us :)
