Hello, I'm an international student at King's College London who will be returning to America over the summer. However, my lease for the flat I've lived in for this year runs till September. It is a spacious 3 bedroom penthouse in Camden (very secure with intercom and video technology) with hardwood flooring and garden/balcony areas. I am paying £180 for my room but will lease it for £170. It is fully furnished with a desk, chair, double bed and mattress (plus shelves if you need them) and the rest of the flat will be available to you as well (large living room and kitchen with all of the amenities) - my flatmates are two female students.

I am looking for someone around my age, preferably a student or young professional, who is clean and responsible. This is a very nice flat with neighbors who like peace and a quiet. I would expect cleanliness and no more than two or three friends invited back to the flat if that.

A meeting before any details are sorted out would be necessary, either with me or my flatmates, or perhaps over videochat if you're overseas.
