Hello! My name is Lydia and I am offering my second double bedroom for rent at £600 per month - all bills included.
The flat is located just off Camberwell Green and is perfect for anyone wanting to commute to work centrally.
The flat has a large sitting room with balcony, newly refurbished kitchen and bathroom with bath/shower.
Myself: I am trainee solicitor working in central London and have lived in the flat for 2 and a half years. My current flatmate of 2 years has decided to take the leap and live with her boyfriend and so has decided to vacate the flat.

Living in Camberwell: Camberwell is a culturally diverse and fun area to live in. It is probably one of the most up and coming areas in South London and offers a wide variety of different amenities. There is always plenty on offer from farmers markets on the green to art exhibitions at the college.

Transport: Camberwell is one of the easiest places to commute from being on the central route from south to north on a large number of bus routes. We also have an overground station (Denmark Hill) which is 10 mins walk from the flat. Using the buses you can take a direct route to: Victoria (18 mins), Waterloo (15 mins), Clapham, Paddington, Oxford Street, London Bridge, Kings Cross, to name a few. I personally work near Aldwych and it takes approximately 25 - 30 mins to get to work (on the bus).

Restaurants: Angels and Gypsies - as listed in Timeout London, Caravaggio (best local and good value Italian)
Pubs: The Tiger, The Grand
Gym: Newly refurbished council gym in great location to flat (2 mins)

I am looking for a young professional to move in late March (25th) and ask for a deposit of £200.
