So who am I SHARING with?
I'm a male driver (32) and owner of a small photography business, who has been living here for four years. I am pretty tidy but not neat freak.
I'm looking for two flatmates of similar age and temperament though essentially I am looking for a people who will treat the flat like a home rather than just a place to stay.

Rent is £350 all inclusive (Council Tax, SkyHD TV and BT Broadband, Gas Heating and Electricity)

Deposit of £300 plus 1 months rent (£350) due before entry.
