We have one very nice room to rent in an awesome grade II listed Georgian flat on Brixton Hill.
The flat itself is very spacious, comprising of nice high ceilings, a huge living room with open fire place and two sets of French doors opening up into the very lush and beautiful garden. A newly fitted kitchen also with double doors opening out onto the balcony over the garden. The house has lovely wooden floors throughout and has been recently re-renovated. It also has two great bathrooms / showers etc. It’s a must see flat!

The room size is cozy double room. It has a double size bed, wardrobe and shelves.

Located on Brixton hill, we have some superb cafes and restaurants nearby, also a very nice and friendly assortment of local drinking establishments! We have lots of buses that run to the city from the front door and the Victoria line is 10 mins walk away, so ideal for anyone who needs a tube!

US:
We are easygoing and social professionals, into cooking nice meals and eating together as often as possible and enjoying a good bottle of wine in the evenings. Love music, film, travel and all the usual stuff. Enjoy spending our spare time in the local cafes / pubs and generally enjoying life!

You:
We are looking for a fun and easy going female house mate who is social but not going to invite the whole of the horse and hair round at 3am on a Tuesday night! We are looking for a house mate, certainly not a lodger, so someone that will add to the atmosphere of the place rather than just a person we pass in the hall way in the mornings. This is important to us, as we believe house sharing is better between friends. Someone with a good sense of humour would be great, we enjoy general banter and good times.
