There is a modern kitchen with washing machine, tumble dryer and a lounge with tv. The room is on the first floor overlooking the back garden. It has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and wash hand basin. There are two shower rooms, a garden and residents only on-street parking. There is wireless broadband available. There are five males in the house and one female in the house.
It is £300 pcm including bills and is available after 5th June 2010. There is a £280 security deposit which will be held in the Deposit Protection Scheme, and will be returned at the end of the tenancy. You can call me to arrange a viewing.
