There is a modern kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer and a lounge with Sky tv. The room is on the ground floor overlooking the front garden. It has a double bed, wardrobe chest of drawers and wash hand basin. There are two shower rooms, a garden and residents only on-street parking. There are five women in the house aged from 20 to 30. It is £325 pcm (£75 per week)including bills and is available after 11th February 2012.
