It is ideal for commuters as it is only 5mins walk from Brighton Station and a bus stop across the street. The flat has broadband connection, gas heating, common living area and is fully furnished. The room for rent does not have it's own furniture, but you can buy the ones from the girl that is leaving, as she is moving abroad. The housemate I am looking for will need to be considerate and tidy. Cleanliness is extremely important for me as it has to do with quality of life.
