We have a spare room with its own shower room in a separate part of our family home (with huge sunny garden with vegetable patch) available for £120 pw/ £520 pcm including all bills, phone, wireless broadband, use of fully equipped kitchen, washing machine etc. We're in a brilliant location - close to the sea front, city centre and both Brighton and Hove stations. We're a laid back, fun loving couple (with two young kids and a little dog) into music, nights out and snowboarding. We're looking for someone who is easy going, sociable, up for a laugh and would like to join our busy, friendly, lively household.
