Our house is located only a few miles from Bury in the fantastic and peaceful village of Summerseat, it is a minute or two walk from the bus stop, 2 mins from the junction to get on to the M66 (southbound), 5 minutes drive from a 24hr Tesco, and a mile away from Ramsbottom which has a butcher, baker, patisserie, newsagent, and quite a few good pubs. A large number of public green spaces make Summerseat the ideal neighbourhood if you love outdoor pursuits like hiking, mountain biking and jogging. There is even a tram into Manchester from Bury

The Room
It is a large fully furnished double room and comes with a brand new double bed. 2 wardrobes so finding space for all of your things will not be a problem. The room is on the 2nd floor (which you have all to yourself) which has great views over Sumerseat/Ramsbottom valleys and Peel Tower.

The House
It is a fantastic 4 bedroom semi detached 3 story house with double garage and ample off street parking, it has an enormous back yard with a BBQ which is great for entertaining. The rest of the house is fully furnished with lots of storage space and both the bathroom and kitchen are brand new.

You and your new flatmates
We are looking for a non smoker who will be living with 3 others (Neil - English late 20's, Rob - English early 30's and Tony - Kiwi, early 30's) we are all professional Monday to Friday 9-5'ers and take it pretty quiet on the week nights and like to live it up a bit on the weekends. We are all into sport, socialising and a few drinks so a like minded person would be preferred.

We would ideally like another girl to replace our current housemate and to keep the sexes even but will consider everyone.
