Downstairs large bathroom with corner bath & shower and second upstairs bathroom, again with shower.

House and all bedrooms are fully furnished – bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet and digital TV socket.

Currently living in the house are Clare (24) cabin crew; Aoife 24 (Irish girl) who's in IT; Ali 27 software engineer at Goodrich; Paul 22 who is a credit analysis for Lloyds TSB

I've a second property in Second Avenue, Bordesley Green B9 which has two rooms available now.

Alexander Road is a quite residential road in Acocks Green. Acocks Green has excellent transport access whilst being within close proximity to the M42 and M6 it is also benefits from a train station (a few minutes walk from the house) which connects to Birmingham city centre, Solihull and Warwick. Birmingham International Airport and the NEC are a short drive away.
