I have 3 rooms to let in my house in Northfield. (10 mins from Selly Oak).

All bedrooms are fully furnished double rooms. The house is situated in a new build estate just off Bristol road so you are close to good commuter links to central B'ham and the M5 whilst living in a quiet residential area. Features include:

The largest room is £300 per month and the other rooms are £280, rent includes ALL bills (except council tax).

It’s 5mins walk to the bus/train stops, and buses (62/63) run every 10-15 mins to Selly Oak/central Birmingham, and trains every 20-30 mins which is ideal if you are a student or work in the city centre.

I am a postgrad in psychology at Birmingham uni, very easy going and I have been house sharing with students for many years so I'm easy to get along with. I'm at uni or working most of the time but I also like swimming, golf, and live music. If you are looking for a nice comfortable house share with no hassle, please get in touch!
