I have a fully furnished double bedroom to rent for £350. 00 per month in a lovely 3 bedroom, 3-storey townhouse in Halesowen, including electric, gas, water, council tax, broadband and Sky tv. Phone calls are free during evenings (after 7pm) and at weekends (additional calls outside of these times would be charged at going rate). The house is only 18months old - spacious, fresh, modern and newly decorated with home comforts and all mod cons in the kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine etc). The bedroom, situated on the first floor is a large double overlooking the rear garden. There is plenty of storage and hanging space (two wardrobes, dresser, bedside table etc.) and still the room is spacious. You would have use of the furnshed office (with PC) and exclusive use of the main bathroom (with bath and shower), also on the same floor. The garden has decking and outside seating and being south facing, is a great sun trap, when the sun decides to come out! I live at the end of a cul-de-sac with no through traffic so a nice quiet location, walking distance to corner shops, less than 1 mile from a Tesco Extra, approx 8. 5 miles from Birmingham centre, ~3 milesto Merry Hill and Junctions 2 or 3 of the M5. Parking is available oustide the property. I am a friendly, professional (36) working in Birmingham seeking a female lodger only please.
