I have Broadband wireless internet connection. The kitchen is fully equipped with washer, dryer, microwave and fridge-freezer. All rooms are centrally heated, double glazed and clean and tidy. The bathroom has a freestanding shower and rolltop bath. Combi boiler installed so there is always hot water. There is roadside parking.

The house is 2 minutes walk from Slade Road with Gravelly Hill train station (cross city line) being 5 minutes walk away. Bus services to Birmingham, Tamworth and Sutton are a short walk away and so is the number 11 circular bus route. M6 motorway (Spaghetti Junction) is close by as well.

There are local shops and Erdington Centre and Tesco Express are easily accessible.

I am the owner of the house and you will only be sharing with me. I have 2 small friendly dogs so you must like pets and they won't go into your room.
