Hey, I have a double bedroom available to rent in a large sized semi detached house which is £400pcm bills included. The room i'm renting is furnished and has a double bed, wardrobe and side cabinet but if you have your own furniture thats fine too.
The house has broadband, roadside parking and a decent sized back garden. The living room and kitchen areas are a good size with a dining table and have modern finishings, as well having all the usual essentials such as dishwasher, fridge, washing machine. The bathroom has a shower and bath and would be shared between myself and whoever rents the room and i have a cat incase your wondering what pet, she is so timid its untrue and is no trouble at all and I'm also a smoker.
