For those of you familar with Moseley, you will realise that the off street parking offered with the flat is a big plus.

The flat is also a 10 minute walk from Cannon Hill Park (and Edgbaston Cricket Club) and 5 minutes from Moseley Park.

I have loved living in the flat and Moseley is fantastic with great bars and restaurants. The only reason I am moving out is that my girlfriend has moved up to Birmingham with my dog.

The remaining housemate is a great guy with a variety of interests including music, tv, films, current affairs, football and generally good banter!

We have had a good laugh living together and I have no doubt that if you are looking to live in a great flat and go out for the odd beer in Moseley with a social, chilled and non-intrusive housemate then this is as good as it gets!
