I have a double room to rent in my flat in Acocks Green, Birmingham for £400 per month.

I own the property and will be living there also.

The flat itself is a new build flat on the 2nd floor (top floor) and has 2 double bedrooms, one with an en-suite (which is mine), a separate barthroom with bath/shower/toilet sink etc, a separate lounge and separate kitchen with washer dryer, fridge freezer and all the usual stuff.

The room I'm renting out is furnished with a double bed (with mattress), wardrobe and chest of drawers. The room is clean and airy and painted magnolia and it's a good size.

The location of the flat is a 5 minute walk to Acocks Green train station and is a 10 minute train ride into Birmingham City centre. It is 10 minutes from Birmingham Airport and close to all motorway links.

I myself am a clean and tidy, chilled out person to live with. I like going out and love nights in too. I see my friends/ family quite a bit but dont go out til all hours all the time... (Ive been through that phase!) I dont really bring people back to the flat and respect other peoples space.

I work in Birmingham City centre in recruitment and I also like going away for weekends etc. I am a member of a gym and try and go 3 - 4 times a week.
