Rear of property is south facing, on to a park so your room is not overlooked at all. Lovely when it's sunny! Very close to all major communications including M40, M42, M5, M6 aswell as various bus stops. Town centre and train/bus station within 10-15 minute walking distance. 2 eatery pubs within walking distance and also all major take aways a short drive away. Tesco, Morrisons and Sainsbury's are a short drive away with Tesco being 24 hour.
Room is a double including bed, wardrobe and drawers. Wireless internet and tv with Freeview. You are welcome to use Washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer (Winter/wet) Fridge, freezer, Range cooker and microwave, pots/pans/cutlery. I do not smoke and would prefer a non smoker but if you do smoke, please not in the house. I have cats so cannot accept other pets, sorry.
