Hi I'm looking for someone to fill the vacant room after my housemate got lucky and moved in with his girlfriend! This is a rented house in a quiet suburb of Redditch with good transport connections nearby.

The room is a little more than approx 3m2 with fitted wardrobe and shelving on one side and overlooks the garden at the rear of the house. Virgin cable Broadband is available.

I have lived here as part of a house share for ten years and now face the prospect of double rent and bills or having to move out unless I can find someone nice to move in. Despite having rented here longterm I am not allowed to take on a lodger as such, thus this will be for a new househare and references must be submitted to the estate agents who manage the tenancy on behalf of the landlord.

I am a stained glass artist with a workshop space in the garage so often work from home making church windows and the like. I'm fairly sociable but will respect anyone else's space
