I am looking for a new flatmate to share a lovely upstairs Victorian terrace flat in Battersea/Clapham Junction. The flat is just a 7 mins walk to Clapham Junction with good bus routes at the end of the road to Sloane Sq, Clapham Common, and Liverpool street (to name but a few) it is also 7 mins walk to Battersea Park which is great in the summer. The flat is gorgeous and benefits from being split level with two large double bedrooms each with their own separate bathroom. The bedrooms are on different floors so there is plenty of privacy and space. The bedroom is a good double (not estate agent double!) with floor to ceiling fitted wardrobes and is fully furnished. There is also a fully fitted kitchen (with dishwasher, table and chairs) and a large bright lounge with bay windows, a further table and chairs for dinner parties and period features including a fireplace.

The location is excellent with lots of great pubs, bars and restaurants within stumbling distance. Northcote rd with all its shops and bars is just 10 min walk and you can be on the Kings Rd in 12 min on the bus. There is also a Tesco and Sainsbury’s at the end of the road for convenience.

The flat is fully furnished with very nice decor. Sorry the pictures were taken at Christmas so look a little cluttered with decorations! Bills are around £90 a month Inc broadband.

I am a professional Events Manager in my 30s looking for a like minded, easy going, friendly flatmate! I love sport and adventure and regularly play hockey and cycle. I do all the normal things like socialise with my friends, go to bars and restaurants and travel a lot! I equally love cooking and having a glass of wine at home after a hard days work.
