The master bedroom of this house is available from Sunday, 29 January 2012, in this 3-story house in Battersea near Battersea Park (address: Sheepcote Lane, Battersea, London SW11 - you can look the postcode up on multimap. com and it will show you exactly where my house is). All bills paid. Short bus hop to Sloane Square, South Kensington or Victoria Station. Your own refrigerator and TV in your room. In the kitchen there is a dish washer, a clothes washer, and a clothes dryer. Microwave if you want one. Patio. Free international phone calls to most developed countries (including Europe, Japan, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada). British Telecom wireless broadband (WiFi) provided. I live on the ground floor (I own the house) and rarely go upstairs. I have a dog (half Black Lab, half Border Collie) but she stays on the ground floor with me. Due to problems with young males in the past, I am looking for females only. MUST be mature and stable. No DSS. You can also have free computer/laptop repairs/tuneups (I do that for a living).

NOTE FOR PEOPLE WITH CARS: The quoted price of £130/week is without the driveway. I currently rent out my driveway at the moment. If you have a car, you can have the driveway as well, but it would be an extra £22/week (that is what I am getting from Streetcar).
