We are 2 easy-going, friendly, professional girls in our mid-twenties and have a room available from the 1st Oct in our 3 bed house.

It's in a great location just beside Clapham Junction Station (only a 2 minute stroll) and its just about 10 mins to the common.

It's a bright, comfortable house with a kitchen/diner, separate living room and a utility room (dishwasher, washing machine, seperate dryer included). It also has a nice south garden with a patio area.

The rent is £533/mnth + bills and the deposit is 6 weeks rent.
