We are looking for a professional male (sorry no couples or females) to join this friendly house share in Clapham Common. The house is stone thow away from the Common and 10-15 minute walk to Clapham Junction and Clapham Common Tube Stations. Plenty of buses available from Lavender Hill and Clapham Common North Side which are both 5 minutes away.

The Room
The room available is a sunny, furnished massive double bedroom with an ornamental fire place. It has a double bed, two bedside tables, tv, desk and chair, chestdrawers and a inbuilt wardrobe.

The House
The house has 4 bedrooms, one bathroom and two toilets. The bathroom has a bath and power shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove and oven, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. There is plenty of storage space. There is wireless broadband and virgin with sky sports package. There is an outdoor area that is perfect for summer days and barbeques. A cleaner comes once a week.

The Flatmates
You will be sharing with 2 girls and 1 guy - an Irish girl, a Swedish girl and an English guy. We are looking for a guy to keep the balance. The current flatmates are professionals and are looking for another professional to join this friendly and relaxed house share.

The rent is 655 per calendar month exclusive of expenses. Expenses amount to 80-100 a month. Bond is 796 and rent is paid one month in advance.

Viewings will be held on Sunday 21 March (4-7pm) and Tuesday 23 March (7. 30-10pm). And if required on Thursday 25 March (7. 30-10pm).
