If your still looking for a place to call home we have a pad by Battersea Park (sorry not overlooking but less than 1 min away!) which is easy commuting distance to most places. It’s a 2 bed high-spec flat, sharing with me (chilled, outgoing 30yr old working in Marketing) – the Landlord is moving out and heading abroad so the room is his large double room.

The room itself is a huge top-floor double! has a large double bed, high-ceilings lots of wardrobe and cupboards and large amounts of floor space...

The flat is a very spacious and fairly quiet home (double glazed) over three floors, with high ceilings. It has a lovely large bathroom with limestone floor, bath and walk in shower. Fully furnished and comes with washing machine and separate dryer, and all utility bills included (although Wandsworth council tax is extra, £25 p/m). Includes cable, Wi-Fi etc..

It’s not a very salubrious entrance (on purpose) and is on a main road, but don’t let that put you off..
Sharing with one relaxed male working in Educational marketing; into travelling, playing sports, cooking (& eating), cinema, theatre, gigs, wine, push bikes and chasing the sun

We have a large Tesco and a library almost opposite. There are also several very nice pubs in the area, including the infamous Lost Angel (sister of Lost Society in Clapham) 30secs walk away. Battersea park is 1 minute away, and includes a great tennis club and gym - we also own a communal shiny blue frisbee which needs dusting off.

Travel links are very good: 5-7 mins walk are Battersea Pk Stn (Victoria 5 mins) and Queenstown Road (Vauxhall and W'loo in 7 mins); 344 bus is outside - direct to Liverpool Street via Vauxhall (takes 8 mins) and 137 direct to Oxford Circus (via Sloane Sq – takes 10mins). 44 bus to Victoria takes 10mins. Who needs a tube?!

Looking for someone who is friendly and house-trained, who has their own friends but is also equally happy having the odd glass of wine/meal at home
