• The flat is located on the border of Zone 1 & 2, just off the south side of Chelsea Bridge, in close proximity to Sloane Square.

• The building is situated on Battersea Park Road, close to Battersea Park BR and Queenstown Road BR stations (3 min to Victoria and 6 min to Waterloo), with number of buses serving the area.

• The flat is huge (110 m2), it contains three double and one single bedroom, each for single occupancy. It has been recently refurbished to a high standard.
