Looking for some easy going, non-smoking professionals to join a lovely large house-share in Balham. These pictures are old and the house has just been totally renovated with new carpets, curtains, decoration, 2 brand new bathrooms. It really is fab!!!

It is a big 3 bedroom Victorian end-of-terrace house on a VERY quiet leafy street with a common at the end of the road, and within 7-8mins walk of the station, shops, bars etc. The downstairs consists of a comfortable lounge, a dining room and a 30' kitchen and there is also a 40' south-west facing garden. Perfect for BBQ, dining al fresco and enjoying coffee in the morning at the weekend when the weather gets better. The house has all mod cons including washing machine, dishwasher, telephone, Sky tv and Wireless broadband etc...

The rooms are both large sized double fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and everything you need.

You would be sharing with me (Paul). Am really looking for people who want to treat the house as a home and be sociable and friendly like going out to the lovely bars and restaurants together from time to time and sharing a bottle of wine or two in the eve's.
