We are looking for a friendly person to join us at our home in Hoxton market. The house is Victorian spread over three floors in a fantastic location - close to everything. The room has a metal double bed and matress, shelves and clothes rail. The kitchen has two fridges, washing machine, tumble drier, electric cooker, dining table and chairs.

The rent includes council tax and water but not gas or electricity. There is full gas central heating. The deposit is £600. The contract is very flexible with only one month's notice.

Tha other three tenants are great, working professionals in their twenties. One works for a law firm, one is a teacher and one is a comic book illustrator.

We are above the Italian deli shop called Olive at Hoxton Street, N1. (Our white front door is at the back of the shop. As you are facing the shop, you need to walk four shops to the right and down a small street called Shenfield Street and round to the left to the back of the house.)

My name is Charles and I can show you around the house and you can meet the other tenants at 7pm tonight (Tuesday 15th May). This is the only time we are doing viewings so the room will definitely be available. If you are planning to visit us, please send me a TEXT with the word "HOXTON & YOUR NAME".
