Hi All,
Well I'm Rakesh, the live in landlord.
I'm looking for someone the will be a bit socialable and provide good conversation during the evenings (doensn't have to be every night!). I have no problem with people visiting and popping round (it's in a good location to stage for a night out in the city after all) but I don't want people to start living there if the aren't paying rent or getting too rowdy in the night (it's a pretty quiet residential area and I have to get up at 6am for work!).
I work in IT, but am quite interested in the Arts, History and Literature so if you are similar or work in those areas, I think we would get on well.
There is a catch...I do love my sport, especially football, so I plan on enjoying a few Arsenal games on TV. Other than that I don't mind whats on - although not a big fan of soaps and reality TV.
Well let me talk a little about the flat itself. The previous owners spent a lot of time and money decorating it to a high standard...it really feels like a home rather than a rental pad, and I'd like to keep it that way. The flat on the ground and first floors, with a small patio area out front. The kitchen has room for two and is nicely laid out. Everyone I have spoken to agreed that the bathroon is gorgeous, and the two bedrooms are generously spaced out.

I would prefer a vegetarian (it is not a deal breaker if you eat meat - both previous tenants, Arthur and Sophie, ate meat), but my main concern is someone that I will get along with...it could be difficult in a two bed flat if we have nothing in common!
