Hello!

We are two twenty-something professionals looking for a like-minded tidy housemate to live in our beautiful detached house. The house has 3 floors (with an extra bathroom on the 4th floor). On the ground floor we have a spacious lino-floored living room with a large TV/DVD combo and plenty of sofas. The kitchen is brand new and of a high spec, with a large fridge/freezer, new oven and plenty of storage. We also have a washing machine and new appliances, as well as an under-stairs storage cupboard. Leading out from the kitchen is a small decked area, perfect for barbecues.

On the first floor is the main bathroom, with a great shower and bath, and brand new fittings. Bedroom 1 is next to the bathroom.

On the second floor is bedroom 2 and the room that we have to offer. It is a carpeted double bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, full-length mirror and hanging rail. There is a large window with wooden blinds.

The front of the property has a pretty garden with roses growing in it. The property is secure; the front door has 3 locks on it and it is set back from the road. We also have great transport links - buses to everywhere in London and the overground is a 2-minute walk away. It would take about 20 minutes to walk into Angel/Shoreditch.

One of us works in Marketing for a charity organisation, and the other works at a digital design agency in Angel. We're very tidy and easy-going, love a glass of wine in the evg and like to cook (brownies are our speciality). We're looking for somebody who fits in with this and enjoys going out and socialising. One of us is a qualified personal trainer and loves running and being active. The other enjoys going to art galleries and works part-time with an arts organisation. We also both love to chill out of an evg with a glass/bottle of wine and a take-away! We would be happy living with another girl or a guy, as we have shared houses with both sexes in the past.
