Our 3 bedroom flat is on 2 levels with a separate lounge and a paved South facing garden which we take full advantage off the minute the sun shines!

The flat is not only gorgeous and homely, but it's in an amazing location. It's on Copenhagen Street, which is a quiet road, but only 5 mins max walk from Angel tube and the buzz of Upper Street with its good range of shops and you're never short of great places to eat and drink. There's a Vue cinema just opposite the tube and a big Sainsburys & M&S just down the street so no lugging your shopping on a bus (which is bliss!) and everything else you could ever need is available on Chapel Market.

Transport links are great. Angel tube is on the Northern Line, Bank branch, but one stop to Kings Cross and you can pretty much get on any line you wish. Or there are buses to virtually every part of London leaving from Upper Street or one of the roads off it. There are several Cycle hire points close by or if you prefer to avoid public transport, you can walk to Liverpool Street in about 40 mins or to Farringdon in about 20 mins.

I'm looking for a professional lady to take over my share of the lease which runs until 23 September and the room is available from 7th January.

The other housemates are both in their early 30's and, although we like to party, the house is very much a chill out zone - apart from the occasional BBQ party! They're looking for a similar aged and like minded lady who's going to consider this a home, not just a room to rent.

Bills are in addition to the rent and come to about £95 each.
