We've had a lot of interest in the flat since we posted this add last week - however, due to last weekend being a Bank Holiday, we've decided to have another viewing day this Sunday (5 September 2010) from 12 noon - 4: 00pm. The flat is right on Upper Street less than five minutes walk from angel tube station.

The room is furnished with a double bed and wardrobe and has an on En-suite shower and sink.

The flat is a spacious (furnished) three bedroom property with a roof garden large kitchen and living room, sharing with two professionals.

COSTS
Rent is 684 per month without bills.

Bills are around 100 which includes a gas, electricity, TV license, council tax, water, 25MB wireless internet and a cleaner who comes twice a month.

The deposit is £900.

MOVE IN DATE
The move in date is 5th of October (if you need to move in sooner this can be negotiated)

CURRENT FLAT MATES
You'll be sharing with one English guy, Phil (29), who works in media and one New Zealand girl, Hannah (26), who is a solicitor.

We're not a couple and both just moved into the flat in the past few months so are really looking forward to making it "home" with a fellow new flat mate. As such, we're keen to get someone with similar interests to our own - socialising with friends, sporty and active, like to make the most of all London has to offer (events, gigs, theatre etc).

IDEAL FLAT MATE
