This is a lovely three bedroom flat situated midway between the Angel and Highbury and Islington stations, just off the vibrant Upper Street. The flat has one bathroom with tub and shower, a huge kitchen-living room and a balcony.

The room is of very good size and provided with all the furniture (double bed, wardrobe, desk...), while the flat is located on third floor of an ex-council building, with an astonishing view of the city. There is storage space for bikes inside the building if you have one.

You can tell from the pics what our standard of living is, and we hope you will appreciate that, too. We are very friendly and laid back, out most of the time but enjoying some dinners at home with friends from time to time. We are very much into traveling, arts, sports and so. A like-minded person, no matter whether male or female, would be perfect for us.

Our new flatmate will ideally have a very positive attitude and be open minded, will consider the house as her/his home and not just as a place to rest. Mostly, we value the fact that she/he will be friendly with us and with people in general, not to mention clean and respectful.

The monthly rent is £650, and on top of that there are bills (water, gas, electricity, fiber optic wireless internet, council tax..) and the cleaning service which all together adds for about an additional £60. The contract length is negotiable, starting from 6 months onwards and with £500 deposit.
