I am looking for either a student, key worker, creative or professional. I need at least one reference from a landlord, employer or University.

The room is on the second floor with a view to the front of the property. It is furnished with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, double bed and a two-seater sofa. The bathroom and kitchen are large and shared. There is also another chest of drawers and cabinet space in the bathroom. More storage space on the landing. The kitchen has a washing machine, a dishwasher and a microwave, fridge/freezer and gas hob.

I have two well trained dogs and it is a must you are good with animals if you decide to take the room/flatshare.

The breakdown of rent and bills is as follows;

0 wifi-broadband charge.

Rent 90 pounds per week (rent has stayed the same)

Bills (gas, electric, water) 49 pounds per month
as per actual bill.
(Bills have gone up and are based on a low bill)

Council tax 40 pounds per month (third of council tax) -Property band E council tax by Islington Council (Student discount can be applied this would make the rent 460 pounds
