Legal compliance This returns and refunds policy is in accordance with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

Your rights as a consumer In accordance with the law, you have a 7 day 'cooling off' period in which you have the right to cancel your purchase of any physical goods that we deliver to you. Please note that our advertising services are not subject to the cooling off period, as the services begin immediately after purchase.

How to cancel within the 7 day cooling off period Should you wish to cancel your purchase within the cooling off period, please either email us, or call us on 01625 666 750. You should return the goods via recorded delivery or registered post as we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged during transit. Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery.

All other refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management
